During the weekend of the 8th of june till the 10th of june various water sports will be practiced, amongst others sailing and windsurfing. More information will follow as soon as possible, but you can already subscribe here for this weekend.

Always wanted to try out gliding in the sky? This is your chance!
At the 5th of June, Thymos will organise a Gliding Experience from 17:00h. Together with an experienced glide instructor you will discover the great blue sky above the area at Deelen.
We will leave with a group of max. 25 persons, so be quick with your subscription.

Het Groot Nederlands Studenten Kampioenschap (GNSK) is hét grootschalige jaarlijks terugkerende sportevenement waar studenten sporters van alle Nederlandse Universiteiten en Hogescholen strijden om de titel "Nederlands Studentenkampioen”. Het evenement valt onder auspiciën van Studentensport Nederland (SSN).
Op de verschillende sportlocaties strijden rond de 1400 deelnemers per sport om de eer te verdedigen van hun studentenstad. De afgevaardigde teams zijn grotendeels van (sub-) topniveau. In elke tak van sport wordt er gestreden om de titel "Nederlands Studentenkampioen” en daarnaast is er een algemeen klassement. De winnende stad mag zich een jaar lang studentensportstad van Nederland noemen.
Om de prestaties te bevorderen is er voor de winnaars van de titel nog een extra stimulans. De Nederlands studentenkampioenen mogen zich het jaar erop gaan meten met andere Europese landen op het Europese studentenkampioenschap in de betreffende sport.

Always dreamed of being one of the strongest students of Wageningen? This is your chance to prove that!
On Tuesday evening at 19:00h Thymos will organize their Strongmen Experience. Participants are challenged both in strength and endurance. The contest will include stones of strength, a loglift, timberwalk, wheelflip and carpull. Hoping on nice weather in May, the Experience is held outside on the field of Sports Centre de Bongerd.
There will be a difference in weight classes, so everyone has a chance to win! Even the women have their own category.
Entry is free for students with sports rights and €2,50 for students without, so subscribe quickly!

As the end of the study year approaches, the study programs can fight out their feuds with each other on the pitch. You will compete as part of a team of study mates (4-7 people) with other teams in several sport disciplines.
